Sustainable Estate
Here are some examples of our recent projects to support a more sustainable estate.
St John Fisher - LED conversion
Replacement of the existing lighting, controls, emergency lighting and associated wiring alteration throughout the school for modern energy efficient LED luminaires and automatic controls.
Our Lady of Lourdes - 100mm of insulation added as part of roof overlay
A full roof overlay system was installed. This consisted of 100mm of insulation and an IKO felt added to the editing roof.
Blessed George Napier - New boiler installation x 2 blocks
The works generally include the replacement of existing; boilers, controls, new LED lighting and decorations. For two plant rooms at the above school. There is one plant room located in the Corrigan Building, and one plant room located in the Main building.
St Josephs, Banbury - New windows
Replacement of historic single-glazed windows, doors and localised making good. Installation of new insulation behind cladded areas of the building.
Our Ladys - New windows
Replacement of existing windows to the eastern elevation of the school and to the high level windows to the southern elevation of the hall with solar heat retaining K glass.
Greyfriars Catholic School - Sports Hall LED conversion
Upgrade of 40 x T5 quad lamp high level lighting to an LED system.
Holy Trinity School - Window curtain wall replacement
Replacement of existing sections of existing curtain walling and existing single- glazed windows, replacement of rainwater goods/fascias/soffits to match existing and the replacement of existing external doors.
Lighting upgrade to LED units - All sites
Replacement of the existing lighting across our estate with LED units.
